CREATING AN ACCOUNT
There are several advantages to creating an account. If you have an account you will be able to view a history of your past e-commerce history with us. When you checkout, your shipping and billing addresses will automatically be filled in for you, saving time. You can update your account information any time.
HOW THE SHOPPING CART WORKS
The shopping cart works just like in a regular store, except better. You can add or remove items whenever you feel like it, and you don't have to worry about putting things back where you found them! You don't have to wait in line; you can check out whenever you want.
ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART
To put an item in your cart, first select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase, then click the blue "BUY IT" button next to the item quantity. This will usually take you directly to a view of your shopping cart.
Some of the items will have "OPTIONS", such as "LEFT HANDED", that must first be selected from the "CHOOSE ONE" area.
REMOVING ITEMS FROM YOUR CART
If you want to get rid of and item in your shopping cart select "REMOVE" from the right side of the contents of shopping cart page. If you want to clear everything from your cart, press the clear button in the contents area.
UPDATING QUANTITIES OF ITEMS
If you would like to change the quantity of a particular item in your shopping cart do the following: Change the number in the quantity column across from the appropriate item. Then click on "RECALCULATE" to update the subtotal price. * BE CAREFUL: If you forget to click on the "RECALCULATE" button the cart will think it still has the old quantity of items when you go to check out.
When you are ready to check out, click the "CHECKOUT" button in the shopping cart. This will begin the checkout process.
THE CHECK OUT PROCESS
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as PAYPAL.
- Login - Logging in saves you valuable time in the checkout process. If you already have an account with us your personal information should be automatically displayed. If you do not already have an account with us, we give you the opportunity to create one here. Click "CONTINUE" to proceed. If the order looks acceptable at this point click "CONTINUE ORDER" to proceed. Enter your credit card information and click "COMPLETE ORDER". You will be assigned an order number as well as receive an e-mailed order confirmation within approximately one hour.
All orders will be shipped via UPS GROUND SERVICE or USPS Depending on product unless another method of transport has been specifically requested.
- Unable to ship product to P.O. Boxes. Please give physical address.
- Packages will be left at the door if no one is available to receive the package.
- Freight charges are based on weight and rounded to the nearest full pound.
- Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses in 3-7 business days after
- Actual delivery time depends upon shipping distance and the time may vary.
- Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days.
- Orders must be paid for or credit approved prior to shipment.
- Order must be under 150 lbs, and meet cube restrictions for UPS.
- Higher volume orders are shipped via LTL carrier as required.
- Ground shipping prices are for the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
All prices posted on this web site are in US DOLLARS.
We quality check every order prior to shipment to ensure that you receive quality non-defective merchandise and a correctly shipped order. We realize that occasionally we may miss a flaw or a defect during our inspection process. If you receive a product from us that is defective in any way, prior to use, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #)within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a product replacement or exchange. Defective products will be replaced after we receive the return of the defective product and complete an inspection. New product returns must be accompanied by an RA#.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item, all parts, pieces and printed materials must be returned in their original and re-saleable condition before any refund is given. Product must be un-used and un-damaged from use or misuse and in new condition to qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time and can refuse the return of a product if abuse of the product is apparent.
Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping and handling refund, otherwise all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When returning an item, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. List the item you wish to return and the reason. We will respond with the RAN, please include this number with your return. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) as outlined above, you will be shipped an exchange item or an electronic refund will be made to your credit card. If a refund is made, you will be sent a confirmation of the transaction by e-mail.

We may add your e-mail address to our customer-only notification list where we may send you information on new products from time to time. Our shopping cart system uses secure servers that utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is state of the industry technology that allows for a secure and safe online purchase.
We also take appropriate steps to protect your personal information during the brief period it is in our possession. Whenever you provide sensitive information, (ie: credit card numbers), we retrieve it from the shopping cart system using full SSL encryption, process it for payment, and then DESTROY IT! Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not stored on any internal computer system for any potential future security breach.
